How do I start the custom design process?
The process begins with filling out the contact form. We will then contact you and discuss your needs and vision and schedule your video or in-person consultation.
What to expect when designing your custom dress:
We begin the process with an in-person or video consultation. Then we will create the initial dress for your first fitting. The first fitting generally is not the finished product and may have hems or seams not yet sewn. From there, we will determine if you will need one or 2 more fittings to get it just the right look and fit.
Do I have to have a design on mind when starting the process?
Not at all. We have a design team that can help identify the most flattering silhouette for you and build the perfect design together from there. Come with your printed pictures, inspiration boards or just you!
How long does the process of custom designing a dress take?
A minimum of 4 months ahead of the date you need to pick up the dress. We do provide an expedited service for an extra fee. We can turn a dress around in as little as 3 weeks, depending on the style.
What is the price range for custom making a dress?
Price is determined on the style, fabric and intricacy of your dress. Dresses generally start at $1800 and can go up to or over $6,000. We do require a 50% deposit to get started and the remainder of the balance before the first fitting.
Do you have rush service for a custom dress order?
Yes, we can offer a rush service for an additional fee. We also have dresses in stock so ask us!
Do you provide International delivery?
Please contact us if you would like to place an international order.
What is your return policy?
Each dress is custom created and because of this nature there are no returns.
